Every ten games or so you should make a tier list of your favourite games. Put one of the games at the top in a different tier as the best. Make a new tier list every 100 times ranking the 10 of the winners from the other tier list. I feel like this might add some engagement! Hopefully this helps.

A little advice, I don't think we need the voiceover throughout the game,. Just enjoy it and we will enjoy the back and forth between the two of you while you're playing the game in real time, we don't need updates with the voiceover as you play. That's just extra editing that's not needed

Just a suggestion! It is a bit difficult to know who's gamescreen is who's when the camera only ficuses on the game. I'd suggest putting corresponding facecams or names on each screen like it was on old GG. It becomes a bit difficult (atleast for me, so chop chop youtube game boy, fix it)
