I once got banned for a week for parking in a layby with hazards and beacons on. Reason for ban was 'causing disruption to other players'. I immediately contested it and recieved another 7 days ban. HOWEVER... naklov and 2 other admin have ALWAYS been fair and respectful of rules

So many people asking for the 7:40 Ban. Can we get an awnser for that? And a another Situation i have noticed some failure Modaration. On 17:40 , The truck got a ban for driving on the wrong side? He clearly drived back to his side and canceled his overtaking in the moment as he noticed, he cannot overtake them. A few seconds later, the car have overtaked the truck and stops directly infront of him and got only a kick. Are you siries?

However imo for a BAN (not kick) deserves 3 types of person: 1) the one ruining others gameplay AT ALL that is: A) causing other player to crash and RESPAWN or B) DAMAGING his/her truck (intentional ramming, colisions). 2. Cheaters. 3.Trolls Other types of behavior like overspeeding, enforcing the right of way, close calls, blocking for a long time, overtaking in heavy traffic and other failures to comply with road traffic regulations that is the behavior NOT causing other player to crash or respawn - may deserve a kick from server but not always.
