Check with your attorney. If your truck is road registered in Florida (I assume) California MUST accept the registration as provided by Florida, per the Omnibus vehicle control act of 1938 registration and the Interstate Commerce clause in the constitution. Just because they tell your something doesn't make it a requirement

The main reason for all those stupid new rules, is TAXES.... There can be no other reason that these rules will be implemented..... Think about it.... You have to buy a straw to drink a soda.

Not a trucker, but I left Cali 24 years ago, do not plan on ever going back. The people in charge are nuts!

My wife said that California has a 580 billion dollar debt. So they have to squeeze all them pennies out where ever they can. . Enjoy the time off.

I would not be surprised at all to see companies using California trucks for hot shots from the boarders to distribution centers. Especially like the large carriers using a smaller day cab set up hourly drivers to grab trailers and just make loops from connecting states to distribution centers.

Yeah it’s sad. I haven’t done my research on that I’m gonna definitely look you know use your jersey truck or you know how it is whatever California does New Jersey will do. They’ll put up the sniffing devices all over the New Jersey Turnpike to check the missions blah blah blah blah. Just making it more difficult for independent truckers love the videos keep up the good work with WP be safe out there brother and keep on trucking.

It's not a big deal you could get everything done online pay the 30 bucks. I registered in 20 minutes my truck is good for 2 more years. If you operate in CA you have to registered put the Vin # n get the certificate

Voting matters. Look to has been running California for the last 35 years. If the people running in your area have the same letter behind the name as the California politicians that have been behind all this, you'd be a fool to vote for them as they all represent the same ideals.

If you really want to understand the predictable result of the two major metropolitan areas which make 100% of all California law just spend a night on the corner of O'Farrell and Hyde. Alternatively you could research the things Dr James Lindsay talks about in his New discourses content here on KZbin, but it won't help you understand who is responsible.
