i learned from JB Hunt and RXO load boards to negotiate with general brokers using specific numbers like $1536 from Atlanta to Durham and the broker will say $1200...i'll say $1476...eventually we can settle on $1321 and the broker loves me

The one book that I absolutely ADORE is called "Never Split The Difference" by Chris Voss. He was a former FBI hostage negotiator and is incredible!
