Trav, why does it matter how sticky the stick is if you're putting on the buttendz grip? Kinda the same question for skater sticks, but they do have a second hand on the stick at almost all times.

The grip will cover up the paddle, having the grip on the paddle helps give it a consistent feel especially with wanting to control the paddle area of the stick. Next week's video will discuss more about that!

Great vid as usual, love new set too. Quick question about the helmet. I've had Bauer helmets for over 20+ years and recently switched to the two piece, Kaz spec from coveted. From half the price, drastically improved viability, to a custom fit... Hands down the best piece of equipment I've ever purchased. Plus, the customer service from Ron was far superior. Blocker pop sure… in my experience 75% of shots off the blocker end up out of play regardless of the company, so is that extra pop really worth hindering puck handling which seems to be one of the strong suites of your game? In any case choosing what makes you most confidence is important. Just food for thought

Everything is slow because of COVID + nagging injury + i started a real job in engineering again so a bit less time on my hands. My optik 2 has significantly more pop than optik 1, and optik 1 was so much better than my previous Vaughn (when I though a blocker was a blocker), so I get your point, but puck handling is so important to me too that I wouldn’t want to hinder that

It’s pretty much the same glove 580 break. I get my custom pro Lefevre/ True set within a month or sooner. I’ve always had Lefevre gear from the get go. CCM eflex pro for me 580break😊👊🏽❤️
