Just started the video and had to stop to comment. Josh, THANK YOU! Thank you for having the knowledge, the kindness, the 'wherefore all' 😉 to mention and acknowledge that there are parents out here, who may want to go RVing, who have kids with special needs. YES! A bedroom for the adult child with special needs, to have a place to 'decompress.' YES! Thank you for showing us you DO understand! THANK YOU!🥲 I very much loved some of the Jay Feather models with the murphy bed, but had to go larger for that private bedroom. EXACTLY FOR THE REASON YOU MENTION!. So...YES! THANK YOU, AGAIN!

I’d put a sofa/hide-a-bed etc in place of the table and chairs, because 2 bedroom plus loft and only 2 comfy chairs is a family fight function!! Adjusting the island to have breakfast bar etc, with stools would at least give seated dining. I normally don’t like lofts, however this one has a decent head height, which is a game changer, as even if it’s storage, you’re going to have to get in there to load/unload, I would hate to have to belly crawl to get stuff to and from the back! The kitchen is really good, great storage, and space either side of the cook top, flip top on the island. Pretty good storage in the second bedroom, and having the doorway means both couples don’t have to go everywhere at the same time, together, and don’t have to disturb each other by coming and going. This would work for so many configurations of users, including people sharing as if they were sharing an apartment, on a long term site. It would actually be bigger than many people have in a shared apartment. I could easily live in this - but even if they didn’t change the table, I’d do it myself because I think it’s more of a necessity than a “want”.

Really cool idea T.R. You could always get a table with those fold-a-legs that Josh has always said are a good idea...then if you don't need a table, it can hide away.👍

Hi Josh, Thanks for yet another great informational video AND for all the time you put in edits & responding to comments. It really means a bunch to us that you care to read and leave a quick comment or heart. This unit is a beast and just what a 4 to 5 adult NASCAR fans need for a week out boondocking. Plenty of room to enjoy the open spaces and yet enjoy privacy. We currently have the FR 310BHI which is about 3/4ths of this unit but bumper pull. We have been really looking at this model since FR gave a teaser on it almost a year ago, but we couldn't find anything wrong with it, no negative's or "Live with it's" / compromise's. Thank you for pointing out the low rear for traveling on long dirt roads with small hills might be some concern in loosing that stinky pipe. BUT being forewarned is awesome. Most of the NASCAR areas are easily access it would only be white knuckling while driving into one of the state parks or national park un improved roadways for boondocking like Quartzite AZ. After checking out quite a few of the dual suites we find many have a tub in the rear vs a shower and for some of my family they have a hard time raising the feet so high to climb into a tub. major difference between the FR 375fam and 4002FB is the tub vs shower, so we have abandoned that model... and the grand design /Northpointe ect. I guess the really big ticket with the dual bedrooms for us is the price point. the FB is in the high 70's where grand design and others are almost double, but with your comment as some cant get a 300,000 home anymore 150,000 is a whole lot more affordable, living truck stop to truck stop & cracker barrel for free. Along with your video on the side bar was a PDF from Bishes for remote or long distance purchases. You've done a video on this but you never went into how a trade in with a long distance purchase goes as in what we would have to do. Is this something we would have to just go over with the dealership first like having a two way video you show me yours I show you mine? ;) Thanks again for this video and the Pokémon gift with an egg... hope its a shiny.

Thank you Josh for showing us this great trailer. My husband and I travel/camp with our adult disabled daughter and I have remarked several times before on your videos how hard it has been for us to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bath floor plan with a good kitchen! This one is Very nicely done - good countertop & pantry space, we would probably remove the dinette & put in more recliners (we are more TV tray type people - don't really use the dinette much). I would put a flip up on the front of the island for an eating bar, it's nice that they included the end flip-up. The neutral colors are great. One small detail (because I notice the details), in the master bath the shower doors have a black surround, the sink is stainless, but all the cabinet handles are brushed brass. The bathroom appears to be having a bit of an identity crisis! 2 colors work well, 3 gets crowded & your eye doesn't know which color to focus on. I know it's nit-picking and I can solve the problem myself by spraying all the handles black, or swapping them out but at this price point, it might be nice if I didn't have to do that! Thank you Forest River for removing the ugly, heavy valances - the wood trimmed widows looks nice. I give you a HUGE thumbs up for moving the tv/ent center to the corner!! It's great to not have it "in the kitchen" taking up counter space or getting splattered on. We don't watch much TV so this spot is perfect for us. The only small concern I have is the stairs going down to the 2nd bedroom. Our daughter is vision impaired & struggles with stairs but my husband thinks he can make a railing for the bedroom stairs to help her. We have a ramp porch for the exterior doors & since it would be stationary most of the time, I think we can solve the outside step issue. We really like this model and my husband is looking for one in our area (near Reno, Nevada) that we can look at. I hope this might finally end our multi-year search for the right RV for us!

I think the square windows look good, especially on a boxy unit like this one. I like the flat top. That being the case though, that takes away the excuse for not putting a fiberglass roof on, which is something I wish non-luxury-brand 5th wheels would start doing.

Josh what a great layout! The loft space is great! One change I would prefer is make the storage up there with doors on the cabinets instead of the pull out container boxes. I think they pretty much knocked it out of the park on the layout but the decor looks really cheap to me. It seems like the greys need to be darker shade or something. Jayco really hits a homerun with their choice of colors. The upper bathroom would a sliding pocket door work better than a conventional door?

I just bought mine. They damaged the rear drain pipe while in transit to me from another dealer. I didnt notice until the tanks were full and water was leaking from the joint where the pipe connects to the elbow. They drug the rear end and also the underbelly cover was falling off due to it being dragged. Also the main shower faucet was faulty. It was spraying everywhere from the weep hole on the fixture. The dealer fixed those issues. They haven’t fixed my main shower door that is not square properly and does not stay shut. 😢. The puck light covers fall off every time the trailer moves. I have to go through them one by one securing the covers. The rear drain valves are confusing because i close the black tank and open the grey but the grey does not drain until i open the black handle. Im still trying to figure this out. Also the tankless water heater kind of works. But, it comes and goes during a shower and i have to turn the faucet off and then on to reset it i guess. Sometimes it takes longer than I like. Its just an inconvenience. Plus it still uses propane to function. It is not strictly electric. Which is nice for dry camping.
