Thanks for the tutorial, your trackies look great! I've been really curious about making these and will take your notes about fit into considering if I end up making them. I hated threading elastic for the same reason until I found the 'Clip'n Glide Bodkin By Nancy Zieman for Clover'. As the name suggests, it clips onto the elastic and feeds through the channel quickly, never betraying you by unclasping and stabbing you through the fabric like safety pins. It doesn't work for super narrow waistbands though as it's thicker than a traditional bodkin but it's fantastic for thicker waistbands, scrunchies etc. This is one of those notions that I actually use and love and thought you might like to know about it.

🇨🇦😃 for threading elastic you should get a baby diaper pin. They have a clip piece that stops them from coming open although they are bigger so they don’t always fit through
