Had some issues with their butter getting oily compared to other batches I’ve gotten from them. They were super responsive and gave me a couple things to try. Ultimately, they’re sending me out a replacement butter. My favorite butter IN THE WORLD!

I just recently tried them, a good, bearded friend of mine knows I love Patchouli, so he sent me the Hippie Blend. It is a great long-lasting scent, and my beard absorbed the oil nicely no leftover greasy to it at all. I need to get a butter to match it now for sure. Got a feeling I will be making other purchases from them soon!

I know this isn't specific for the video, I'm just kinda new into all this and I have a question I hope you or somebody can answer; I recently purchased my first beard oil from my barber. However, the beard oil I bought always kinda "burns" for a duration of 10-15min after I put it in. I'm wondering if that's normal and just because my skin is not used to it yet? It's not as bad as the first time(That really irritated my face). 'However I still feel it. Is it a bad oil, is my skin sensitive? What should I expect or look for in a beard oil?

I had two scents from this company feel like they were burning my skin, I had to wash both of them out, I tried one from their mainline it made my beard feel so dry, I had to wash it out and use my regular companies to get my beard feel good again. I dont understand the hype of this company.

Sounds like you have an allergy to any ingredient they use. Most likely a fragrance oil, given the info you shared. The praise for the company is likely from people without the same allergy.
