Lekker man Boet, goed gedoen daar , daar 'n paar mooi Shads daar , ja nee kyk ek sit nog by die werk , en daai het my wurms in my maag nou op hol gesit hoor . Must cut abit of chilly and onions and also abit of dhanya next time and mix it in with the flower it will make some lukker budjias😁 and get tajmahal fish masala.. Just add abit of tumaric powder with it and lemon juice a teaspoon ginger and garlic, a pinch of salt mix it all together and marinate the fish but cut it in slices instead of fileting and fry.. Trust me you will love it💯

I dont know where are you located but my questiom is. Are those Shad the same like in North America? Because, here Shads will have lots of bones and in your video i didnt see you deal with bones at all while you were enjoying your Shad for breakfast. So are those Shad bonely at all?
