Very impressive run! I wonder which biomes/bosses would be best to get for speedrunning, cuz like Lamech is a very easy boss yet his throne must have been a pain to locate since it can be everywhere (unlike other bosses where you at least have to go to a certain direction)

Lamech prime is the easies of all prime bosses, but if you get the 4th biome as the bridge or the tower, it's an insta reset because their prime boss fights last way too long for optimal speedrunning. The best speedrun will consist with all biomes except the ones mentioned before and the 4th biome as Citadel Agartha. Locating bosses could be a big deal because the world generation is just RNG but it is just a matter of a lot of resets in a such game untill you find the perfect world and you are lucky to find all beneficial relics and boss rooms as soon as you can

Lightning Storm applies a vulnerability debuff on enemies which makes them receive every attack as a skill crit

You have immunity frames for a brief moment after leaving these rooms in the sun tower which I abused here
