The story where the girl nearly got snatched by the man who claimed to need help because he couldn't get up or something. It really frustrates me when I hear something like this happening to a person when they are a lot younger and refuse to speak up because they don't want to get in trouble by their parents or be told they can no longer go out alone or whatever, but really what people are doing instead of reporting creeps like that man, makes it very much possible for them to do it to someone else and it always turns out bad. It's frustrating because who cares if their parents ban them from going out alone, it's always better to be safe then sorry. Sorry for the rant but when I hear stories like this, when the victim has a chance to report what happens to themselves but decide to not say anything because they don't want their freedom taken away from them, just makes me want to tear my hair out.

The guy's not a creep just for doing things the way his country does them. Are you a creep if you go somewhere and don't speak the language? Whether you know better or not is irrelevant. He certainly wasn't being very polite by OUR standards, but by his own it was business as usual. Where did he assault her, say anything overtly sexual, DO anything besides "leer" for a short moment which-- if he's "creepy" merely for having his own customs I can GUARANTEE you did not happen. The guy was impolite, the guy was insistant-- literally his ONLY crimes.
