I can usually tell the AI voices because they often mispronounce words but I suppose they will get better at it. Eventually I will have to listen for emotion in the voices to weed them out. I always like to start my nighttime listening with you both. I strongly support you!

So I'm not a fan of the wife doing such huge chunks of the videos, sometimes it's more than Slessor himself. HOWEVER I think the thing that has turned me off of this channel even more than that is the little talk at the end of this one... it's one thing to critique your wife in private and give her pointers or whatever, but going on your channel with 200k+ subscribers and talking about how she's doing things wrong is honestly just rude. He never addresses the disrespectful comments people make about her (whether that would be by responding to comments, saying something on the next video, or making changes) he doesn't seem to care what his viewers think, but then randomly feels like joining in with the negativity on this one. Idk, I just feel like, as her husband- her partner - he should be building her up not tearing her down. There are dozens of ways he could've chosen to tell his wife where she has opportunities for improvement, yet he chose the one that would be almost guaranteed to either embarrass or hurt her in front of more than 200k people... maybe I'm the only one, but I lost a loooot of respect for Slessor. And not that it'll make much of a difference to him, but I'm definitely unsubscribing. I'd much rather listen to an A.I. bot than a "man" that bashes his wife for laughs & views.

I only expressed my opinion because in his earlier videos he said that he reads every comment and encouraged us to share what we liked and didn’t like, in order to grow his channel. With that said, his wife is fine. Her voice isn’t awful. It just doesn’t go well with his. She would do great on her own channel but I came here to listen to his soothing voice read the stories. I also remember when he asked our opinion about letting her read. I was all for it. However I thought it would be an occasional guest spot kind of thing. I didn’t realize he meant she would be reading on EVERY SINGLE VIDEO with him. I used to come and just listen to him, then would leave when she came on, but it got to the point where she was reading longer than he was. He obviously doesn’t read our comments nor cares about our advice or opinion. All that said, with great sadness, I had to unsubscribe. :( I come back occasionally to see if maybe he started reading the whole time again, but I don’t think it’s ever going to happen. Super bummed

Just my honest opinion. It’s pretty annoying to complain about other videos constantly on every single video. Yes tell your viewers that you would appreciate their support and likes but to wine about other channels on every video is so annoying.
