There’s so much here I could need to listen to everyday. I fall to my darkness almost everyday despite striving to be devoted to truth. So complicated so much I don’t know.

DEEP truths, we are raised to consume only. and if anything that deflects this is a anger. When we need to BE love, compassionate. Releasing what we were taught.

This video really hit me 🙏 It perfectly describes something I've been struggling with on my spiritual journey. From my personal example, I used to love deep conversations with my boyfriend about life, the universe, everything! We'd go from science to religion, and I felt this sense of satisfaction, like I was uncovering profound truths. But as I started to actually live these spiritual principles, something shifted... Intellectualizing it just felt…fake. Like I was playing a role instead of making these teachings a living reality, and that's the whole deal of being on a spiritual path! It's hard to explain but it's like I caught a glimpse of something so much bigger than myself, and all the spiritual talk suddenly seemed insignificant... And then I kept trying to share this with my boyfriend, but he wasn't receptive. It was draining and frustrating because this new understanding had become such a core part of me. The other thing that really resonated with me was what Satya said about serving the truth. I discovered volunteering (any kind) has been incredibly transformative for my spiritual growth and it's something I wish I had discovered sooner. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, Satya. This video was exactly what I needed to hear 🙏

I LIKE this guy! Simple, direct, and clear. For me it is hard to listen to because there is still so much ego attachment in me. However, it was nice to contemplate while listening, and realizing that these very words are what I've been struggling with all my life. Thank you for taking the time to make your life learning available for us all!

Excellent video. I have over the past year began to feel this truth but you put it into words here quite well. I still struggle with trying to get the truth to serve me, but at least now I am conscious of my ego trying to do this and in being conscious of the struggle, I am in some way free of it. The trick is to keep reminding myself haha!

Why do I have clarity and there is an intelligence that guides my actions some days. Like let’s say something that normally irritates me will shift to an emotion that is sweeter like , acceptance or love, and I witness that change happen without my doing, but say the next day I feel like I’m struggling. It’s like I have this clarity of knowing I do nothing and then the next day I feel like I should be doing something to have a sweeter emotion but I get irritated.

Sounds religious, like a dogma or philosophy. Pity I don't find them as useful as I once did. I've been listening to this guy who says philosophies really aren't what we need. I was inclined to agree with that guy, and then he got abstract like every other guru who can't seem to support his own life (gather enough food to eat) without selling philosophies and playing conceptual gymnastics.
