Bullet velocity is the amount of speed at which the bullet reaches opponent after shooting.non-bullet velocity means guns with no bullet velocity so basically u can't adjust their bullet velocity with attachments and they're bullet velocity will be so fast that they will instantly hit the opponent after shooting at them
