@ It's still a domestic even if it's happening outside. There's so many fucked-up codependent abusers these days that there's no way to tell from the side. Maybe pretend snuggle struggle is what gets their rocks off, you literally don't know. I've heard so many horror stories of somebody butting in to help what looks like a woman getting beaten, only to get bashed in the back of the head by that same woman and end up in the ER or in the morgue because she saw her bf getting punched and immediately felt sorry for him. Cops get there, and both the man and the woman testify against you and paint you as the aggressor, and now it's YOU getting arrested for trying to do a good thing. I repeat: NEVER EVER get involved in a domestic. DO NOT play hero. DO NOT pass go. DO NOT collect $100. It's a textbook case of "not my problem". Best you can do is call the cops.
