Mine the left and right are backward. The left acts like the right and vice versa. I have to take them apart and try to reverse it

@@Zane.Wellnitz Thanks for sharing your response. That is messed up. We want that stereo sound to send different/the right audio information to each ear to create a directional sound experience. Give us an update on how that goes.

Long press 3-5 seconds should power it on/off. I know that each one needs to be powered off individually. So often I do the same for powering on.. Each on individually.

Update: The left earbud is much lower than the right one. Hit or miss. One day it is normal, the next day... Idk. Only issue so far. Not a big deal for me because most of the time I am only using one earbud at a time. Also, think it's normal for one earbud to be lower, in general. Personally, I like both to have the same volume difference. Probably a technical issue because it just started happening.
