Your music is too loud in the background. However though good information about the buds. Yeah the noise canceling is not the greatest that's why I bought these. I have some cheap pair that doesn't have any noise canceling, Heyday Just got a little better

For $80 these are not worth it. The Walmart ONN earbud with ANC are a better product and they cost less. $50

They are great but the problem with mine is that everytime I watch a video, they always skip to the next video because the the touch might be broken but they didn’t last me 4 months..

I just picked up a pair of these at my local target for $23.99. I wouldn't pay the original retail price for these but at this clearance price, they are great. very comfortable too which is surprising. My other set of ANC is the Amazon alexa buds 2 and you can totally tell Amazon has better noise cancellation

How’s the range on yours. Mine cut out going to a different room on same floor. Also the right bud makes a droning sound. 23 was nice though

There should be a button on the back. Press that down for like 3 seconds and you should see a light blinking on the headphone case. Go to your phone settings and it should say Heyday and the connect to them

They sound great with heavy metal butt I geuss I can see we're if you were after high bass they might not cut the break thanks slot dude have a good day

I have so many problems with these. One side won’t charge. And the other only charges half way. The reset button doesn’t work and the buttons on the actual ear buds that you are supposed to be able to power down the head phones don’t work. Also every time I try to use them to speak on the phone everyone tells me they can barely hear me. Also impossible to find any sort of customer support online. Not impressed.

I just now bought a pair (the light blue/gray with cool designs). Mine came with 4 different ear tip pairs plus the one pair already installed on the earbuds (5 pairs total). They look great, fort great and sound great. My last earbuds were Raycons, which I truly loved. However I lost one of the earbuds, hence this new purchase of the heydays. Thus far I truly love the sound quality and overalls. Packagingis sum lar to the Raycons; with the magnetic reusable box. Also came with the charging cable & 4 Xtra pairs of different sized ear tips. I also love the really pretty design. So comfy. Stoked to have these as my new every day earbuds. I got them for only $30 from a cool girl in my bus. chEErs, 93

I am probably going to sound like an idiot here. I have never used noise canceling earbuds/headphones before. I am assuming that they drown out background noise and I should only be able to hear what is coming through in these earbuds. I Googled how to turn on the noise canceling feature. I saw something that said press the ANC button. The only button I see with this product is on the charging case. If I have the ANC activated, then I shouldn't be able to hear things outside of my earbuds. I pressed the button on the case (case is fully charged) and I am not noticing any kind of noise cancellation. Is there some secret teeny tiny button on the earbuds themselves that activate ANC? Is the button on the case the ANC button? If I press it, am I supposed to hear that the ANC feature is activated?

Picked these up new in the box. Charged overnight, played for one hour, and died. Fully charged for 2 hours. 1 hour later, they dead again. It's a shame, cause they sound great.

That’s so weird. They work fine for me. Never had to get a new pair. But if you take it back to target they should be able to exchange it for you
