It is not in premium tier, there is a seperate "assistant" tier available to get this feature. Check the video.

It has being awesome, but in case of dual SIM card, it has being problematic, it keeps selecting SIM card automatically, it's pathetic. Pls do something about this.

For me for my saved contacts there's no screen blue colour

You can enable it from the Truecaller settings, there will be an option for contacts as well
