​@@TheEchoesoflifeteamyaa exactly they would behave and give respect while collecting waste from big housing colonies and flats while they come for flat they will argue with us for silly reasons We are giving waste according to what form they say then also they can't wait for second come to gate tell and go if we are late by seconds they become to raise voice feeling that we are servants and they are owners We felt it's better we through waste and get punished from local authorities other than speaking with these people their behaviour was very bad Not even coming to collect waste properly so all of them are not good They behave well with high class society in areas of common people they show real faces it's not fake if anybody comes we show their real faces on camera But since they are from poor baground we feel let them live we won't try to ruin their job that's the reality

അവർക്കൊരു ശമ്പളം വും കൂടാതെ health insurance ഉം തീർച്ചയായും പരിഗണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.. They are working at this age without considering their health and the consequences/diseases that arises from the contact with waste materials.. They are heroines of our society..❤
