Hi reeses! That isn't a tax as they just separated the prices. The first one is the amount you pay for the original building structure like LEDs and the second one is how much you are paying for the length. They just changed it instead of combining both together. Hopes that help! :)

I work at McDonald’s and the screen things are called a kiosk and the reason we maybe don’t let people look into the kitchen is because some people look in and see someone standing and have a fuss that “why are we standing around when their food isn’t ready” meanwhile it may not be on their line so that’s why some stores do it
