H.E. forgets something: The United States, the U.K. and Canada weren't disturbed by the Revolution against the Church because, specialy the U.S.A., were already children of the Revolution or safe havens for the revolutionary ideals and the Church had no influence over the State. About the world burning out in revolutions when the U.S.A. was stable: How many of thouse revolutions were, have and are being founded by the power behind the U.S.A.? I mean...Let's not lose the Catholic perspective on the Theology of History, that I l know H.E. knows very well..

About revolutions. I know next to nothing. What was Irish Catholic man to do when black and tans sent into Ireland. I know he could not have joined IRS, condemned and full of socialists. But women being raped, children being killed? Good faith question. I know Catholic Church has wise answer. Btw, on recent Irish film, after treaty was signed it was Irish vs Irish (which I'm sure pleased evil among English to no end). A priest said, Irish voted for it. But is that a correct answer? I'm 64 and I have been crushed by evil votes all my life, esp on abortion.
