So let me get this straight; Ghostface is basically a combination of Reiko’s Command Grabs, Kano’s Ball and Knife Throws, Shao’s Shoulder Dash, and similar version of Jason’s Teleport. And it’s Basically safe on anything. But low combo damage in overall.

It is on-brand for Ghostface to be weak by himself, but much stronger when working with another killer (a second Ghostface or a cameo)

Currently, Scorpion is my current favorite cameo for Ghostface. If you've seen the videos, you can combo after the command grab twice and get upwards to 50% if you play it right. Average 35% to over 40% but the timings are very brutal but are consistent.

There’s one unique negative about using the black dragon swap ins, they can’t have Fera mount on their backs. I saw it during Super’s stream, it immediately swaps back to Billy. However that doesn’t deal any damage so in a very rare situation, you can bait the opponent into doing something unsafe and use Fera to avoid taking damage. That’s never gonna happen but it’s a funny idea on paper.

Ghostface feels so strong in this game because he’s essentially Kobra and Kira in disguise. It’s pretty clear if you look at their movesets and unique traits during gameplay.

You can actually special cancel B3 into command grab after the restand and it will still combo, you dont need to delay it Edit MB can be dash canceled after the first toss to extend combos

I know you didn’t complain. But Every single time a new character comes out it’s someone saying they’re overpowered. And every time the character ends up getting Nerfed and then they buff subzero, smoke, etc. It’s like the game is not fun because everyone’s getting Nerfed around those male ninjas. They nerfed Sindel because people were mad that they couldn’t spam her. They were mad that she was able to do a combo that most players don’t even know how to do. I feel like OP characters are necessary in MK. Like the DLC keeps being ruined by the fans complaints lol

Ghostface isn't op at all You can mash your way out of tons of his stuff, and zoning can surely make him struggle a bit. Only 2 Dlcs were overpowered being Peacemaker, and Homelander. Id say ermac is pretty op too but his execution is very difficult

DLC characters can't be broken otherwise they would be pay to win. Homelander needed a nerf because he was insanely broken (best character in the game by far). Base roster characters need to be stronger or at least on par with DLCs.

Man. I noticed something, ABI was right. NRS not knowing proper animation principles or at least not practicing them, really hurt. Them not budging from that weird stance change thing that serves zero purpose has killed any hope of visibility for ghostface. Who already by default has a horrible silhouette that they can do nothing about.
