Kara Injustice 1 was fine if you and your opponent both had PERFECT connection, but if not it was honestly horrible. Deathstroke for example is easily punished in decent connection, but in lag, its like youre playing underwater, so players can scrape wins sitting back and abusing his ranged attacks.

There's a guy who plays injustice 1 all the time called tyronefrmtheblock who basically only plays shazam, martian manhunter, sinestro and mains deathstroke. He also only picks ferris aircraft so I can't really play online anymore

Even if you use Deathstroke’s wake up against Doomsday (which is invincible) when he pops his trait, you get punished. Doomsday also has an unblockable that tracks you. In a bad connection it’s super difficult to avoid.

As crazy as it sounds, no one in MK9 could throw projectiles like this. For as good as Kabal's instant air projectiles were, Zods were better.

Zod was really fun. I remember being meh on him at first but then growing to really like his play style. I would more beat down than zone but I would also never play online so....XD Also, the reason he wasn't in Injustice 2 is because he got his head popped off by Amazo in the comics. He busted out of the phantom zone, killed Tim Drake, got his head literally twisted off and then his heart was given to Conor Kent aka Superboy. So yeah...he's dead in that universe.

Disclaimer: this is coming from a Street Fighter player so my definition might be different. I generally see zoning as the use of a projectile + anti air moves to control spacing keep your opponent mid or full screen I.e Guile with sonic boom and kick Keep away is when a person you Normal or special moves to control the space without it necessarily being projectile based i.e Rose’s orbs or Elena using focus back dash to build meter for her healing ultra

Keepaway means you want the enemy as far away as possible. You do not need to worry about spacing as much. While zoning means you want the opponent at a set distance. So maybe just beyond jumping distance, or something like that :)

@@pomphh : That's pretty much my definition although they can overlap. Zoners can control large swaths of the screen with projectiles, hazards, or specials that have a lot of range or active frames. The keepaway game is about keeping the most distance away from the oppo. It usually favors character that have high mobility such as long-range dashes, teleports, and air dashes to get out of a situation, but they can also use zoning to their advantage with moves that have good pushback or stun to buy themselves time or more distance. A good zoner doesn't necessarily have good keepaway; inversely, a character with good keepaway doesn't automatically mean that they're good at zoning.
