i only have 2 print heads this has four? i have the truvis sg2-300. thanks for the cleaning help though none the less

Doesn't the manual specify exact points for contacting the "printheads" when sliding into left panel work area or does it not matter? 🤔

Personally i would never wipe down the wiper and cap station after, cross contamination. Sacrifice an extra Swab

People keep saying to add cleaning fluid to the call tops. Please advise

Absolutely!!! When the carrage is on the left, and after you've cleanded the capping stations, fill each cap top with cleaning fluid. This will help break down any ink in the lines.

Not the best machine i purchased this machine brand new from the box and i have not been able to use it it stops at 5: minutes during setup and throws various error codes no one wants to help me because i am overseas im stuck with a white elephant

I can't help with error codes but feel free to reach out, I have the same printer about a year now and works pretty good.
