I dont want to be biased because Im Saudi Arabian but Desert truffles are more delicious than black truffles, black truffles are dry and taste like old mushrooms you find in your fridge, while Desert truffles are rich in flavor no matter how you cook them or eat them.

Real original aioli isn't even with mayonnaise, it's actually just an oil and garlic emulsion, just like mayonnaise is an oil and egg emulsion. So truffle mayonnaise has literally nothing to do with aioli, except that you can dip fries into it and it tastes good

Using the truffle oil that way is not the most adecuate way of using it. The aromas of the oil begin to be extracted above 30ºC, letting that oil stay in the oven will take away part of those aromas... Thus making it a "half truffle oil" basicly
