Love the fireplace; adds so much aesthetic and visual/temp warmth. Would recommend changing the fan above the cooktop to a square one so it matches all the other squared features. Love the slide out wood table.

I love this!!! So beautiful. however I would just put in a more conventional fridge freezer and then put the washer dryer outside of the washroom where that little freezer is. Maybe even a small dishwasher where the fridge drawers are now.

This home just makes me happy. I truly love the design and I can clearly see the excellent craftsmanship and amazing quality you get for the price ! It’s stunning. However, I’d try and swap where the freezer is for where you said the washer/dryer would go.

I would want the frig and freezer together. Put the washer where the freezer is. Too small for me, but the design and finishes are nice.

Impressive as a whole! Love the volume, fireplace/living area, and bathroom. Kitchen isn't correct from a body mechanics perspective--the sink is too close to the wall. Switch the stovetop/oven bank with the refrigerator bank, and shift the narrow drawer bank to the wall. Put the sink bank next to it, move the window with it. Much better function and comfort. Also re the bed loft--it would be very uncomfortable to sleep with your head directly under that giant beam. The head of the bed should be placed in the space with the most headroom, i.e. the opposite wall, so the window behind it should clerestory instead of full length.

I loved it until I saw the price tag! Holy Lord! $140,000, aka, $707 a square foot! Absurd. I hope they sell thousands of them but I won’t be one of the buyers.

I'm also wondering about prices. I understand luxury and high-end products will of course be more expensive---but, the $707 per square foot is hard to ignore. I have several family members in construction and when I explained that to them (the first time I heard someone say it a few years ago) they said that "they" (Tiny Home companies in general) were taking me for a ride--that, there is no reason it should be MORE expensive to per square foot than a normal size house. I really don't know. And I would love to hear from someone who doesn't have skin in the game, to logically spell it out. Perhaps Reddit or some forum knows...gonna leave this comment here in case someone from the future can direct me :) I really love Truform Tiny, but I am not independently wealthy, and feels like you have to be so in order to buy from them :/.

How do you access the pantry storage if the table is extended? That’s a dealbreaker for me. 😢

@ I’m still having trouble visualizing this working day to day. Say one person is sitting at the table eating breakfast while a second person is cooking and needs access to the pantry. Just opening either pantry door would require the person eating to move, right?
