@@ernestnti7055 iPhone 12 I can do replay mission and dungeons but everything which is longer than 2 minutes shuts the game down,lobby loads long, sometimes it randomly crashes but any other games I played before didn’t crashed my phone even if they had better quality than sla.

Thanks for another informative video bro.❤❤❤ The screen goes dark, The lag of the game and numerous glitches,the speed of the game becoming fast at times, these were also there before. Now the problem of late response after touching the screen has newly started, Also besides the loading issue is a daily companion of players of normal devices.I am an Android user and Vivo phones like Samsung also have an inbuilt game booster called Game space and needless to say everyone knows it is used to optimize game performance but now I don't dare to open games even from Game space. No doubt there is no shortage of free rewards in this update but with free rewards so many free bugs and glitches may not have come in any update before.The future of the game is really uncertain if this continues.

I recently contacted customer support about loading issues and they said that "We can also confirm that the game functions properly" and that the problem is on my side. Like wtf I have perfect internet connection and my PC should run games like this really well. My phone also runs genshin on max graphics without an issue and this trash game crashes even on low graphics xD Shitcoded game with trash customer support... really disappointed.

My battlefield of trial challange boss was stuck also and title screen appeared.....and then I got an email ..... That moment I got 60 heart strokes but then opened the game and it wasn't banned and email was something else😂😂😂

I play on mobile. I started out on an iPhone 12 and in the beginning it wasn’t too bad. But after a few updates the game started crashing a lot. Especially when I did POD and guild boss my phone couldn’t keep up and the game shut down a lot. When I started using an iPhone 13 Pro. No issues at all and it’s smooth.

My phone have a record of getting 3 banned in 2 weeks when my phone gaming mode still active. I started a new account and disable my gaming mode. Now going into 60 days experienced countless bugs not banned a single time yet. If your phone don't have VPN, no cheat, no share account and no game booster/gaming mode. You should not worry. I tried to tell the player the danger of the gaming mode because it is original software( so many not aware the anti cheat treat this as cheat) in forum. All say their phone totally clean and blame the bugs. While the NM moderator in forum replied and say their account do have unusual play after check. Who to believe is your choice.

Yes disable it by check your phone version and how to do it online. The danger is I play with game booster on for 3 months no problem. Once trigger will keep trigger non stop. I don't know how their anti cheat work.

It's only a matter of time. I think they will ban you once you accumulate a certain number of times you encounter the bug and will consider it as an exploit. Be careful because they'll probably scan to check other apps that are running while you play. Disable your game booster

I can’t even finish stage 70 boss fight in normal because this game crashes so damn much. Legit every time I finish the fight the app crashes. I tried to do it on PC but I suck on PC so I die every time. This sucks.

if this goes any further the game will die they aren't doing anything to actually fix it and if your a p2w player on mobile just imagine you get banned you lose so much money because of a faulty ban system they refuse to take responsibility for there actions there only focusing on profit and not there player base i mean look at kuro there just as generous as netmarrble but they don't focus on profit they actually prioritize there player base sla will die if it keeps going on like this the lack of communication and care for there player base is going to kill it

The simple solution is to do what other F2P gatchas do and lock out low end devices so they can't get in this situations in the first place

They shouldn't be trying to add difficulty without adding appropriate rewards, at the point I was able to farm legendary level 75 gear previously at a certain rate I should not be unable to obtain it at the same rate after the update. It's all good and fine to add levels 21 and above for the whales but you shouldn't have the difficulty below that exceed what it was previously.

Omg i just had this experience today where i was fighting baran and then when it was time for phase 2, it just skipped and i won lol… idk what happened but i was fighting baran for 2 days and god knows how many times i tried many different build coz im like 120k combat power below recommended

I believe that bugs is only the first step. I read online anti cheat do have different scanning level. Once they suspect cheat they will use indepth scan which can read phone memory. Who knows what is inside the phone. In my case I do a test. Bugs + gaming mode(original phone software) banned 3 times in 2 weeks. Banned 1 year even no cheat. Create new account disabled gaming mode because some gaming phone user in fb told me this is the culprit. Play 60 days experienced countless bugs. Vulcan 0:00 clear Speed up No boss straight clear No banned. It might be real that they never cheat but their phone have something that the anti cheat think as cheat.

Disable your phone gaming mode if your phone have it and you should be ok. I tested it myself. I start a new account because old one banned 1 year even when I never cheat. I start new account experienced countless bugs daily, disable gaming mode play for 60 days never get banned. The anti cheat treat my phone gaming mode original software as third party cheat. I found out from social media group as some gaming phone user help me find out my source of problem not netmarble. Netmarble useless

Ban system and suspend are indeed trash but what's upsetting is the fact that before harper dropped, on pc at least, everything was decent, in terms of menu optimization, now, i get loading screens like we're in BETA 🤣. it's WILD!

My old account was banned for 30 days after cerberus hard got stuck on break mode, the game just went loading screen and disconnected me, for my luck tho, since I was using my phone to reroll and test hunters, test weapons, I managed to start again, but my old account got so far behind, espcially cause I lost 2 banners and events, that I abandoned it.
