Great match. As a Slovenian myself I of course was on Jorgič the whole time but I was amazed by various techniques from Moregard (unique and risky serves, he payed for them a lot), gutsy comebacks, and emotional involvement (I am actually happy that the umpire let Moregard's outbursts sly)... World class performance.

Great match! I think Darko would win more points if he served from his backhand full-time. I’m not sure if he uses the forehand service to keep his opponent guessing but he could accomplish that by mixing up his backhand serve. Great play by both players 🏆

Didn’t know Darko was a stand on the table and ask for applause type guy. He could fit in NBA. Thought he was more of a Timo type winner. Deserved it though! Good thing Truls didn’t do that. Great match.

Very good game, I was hoping Truls to win this. But I'm also okay if Jorgic won it, because he had a very good game. Problem with Truls is his dip in concentration, it will be different result if he managed to control his concentration, especially in 5th set when he loses 11:1. I hope he recover from this loss, it will be hard to swallow especially when he almost had a comeback in the last set.

As a Truls Critic: I know Truls lost but I really feel like he won the hearts of the people in this tournament. Well composed, creative, great sportsmanship, high spirit, very entertaining and even when throwing the racket I feel like it was a show of how much he cared. The faces he's making at his opponents has also tremendously improved. Again, I know he lost but he has won our hearts and I change my title from "Truls Critic" to "Truls Raving Fan". Great game Truls.

Is it fair to call Truls a "defensive" player? He places the ball in a weird position with difficult spin, so the other guy has to attack a difficult ball. Because the opening ball is of lesser quality, he can counter-attack. His blocking game is also really good.

!!!!!!!!!!! I see nobody realized Moregard has one shoe Stiga and the other is Mizuno od Tibhar..this crazy guy tore up this right shoe before the match againts Lebesson and he didnt have a spare and he couldnt get stiga anywhere..so he just bought a black pair of anything he could find and he just put one new shoe and not both because he wanted to have at least one stiga on he feet...my god i heard he is strange and doesnt give a f but this is so wild..he beat lebesson with f up shoe and karlsson and timo boll with two very diffrent shoes on his feet and almost won the tournament...i mean wtf

Truls was not enough focused should 100% Win that. Losing set 3 11.9 with 3 mistakes on serve, than some loosy goosy 11.1 and the cherry on cake he come back 2 times from 6.10 to 10.10 and cannot focus enough in that moment. Heartbreaking but he is the future. Congratulations to both great match!

Its not that cuz of the "racket" Truls was likely not going for the win in my perspective Since like 2-0 i seen he just dropped his confidence and started to play a little downhill from what his energy so....stiga is a great company to make the cybershape carbon,because of the topspins,the blocks of the blade is great and it can handle more space to hit + it can handle heavy backspins (like am sayin the topspin) and the speed is likely one of the best blades so far

What a match, two Europe's best young hopes battling it out! Though Jorgic edged out at the end, I'll bet my money on Moregard as his close table game is better suited to challenge the Chinese. Truls needs to control his emotion and keep calm. Check how many service errors he committed at the key moments, that's ridiculous.

It’s really a great win. Jorgic didn’t fold under pressure and intimidation from Moregard. Jorgic needed to work hard, suffer a bit and play nearly error free, not give away easy points. Moregard cannot make every shot. And Moregard didn’t contest one game, that’s a real mistake, never let the opponent get his hopes up.
