The content gave justice to the satiric version of the title “Truly Malayali”. I still remember the day when I coordinated for a stand up comedy show and competition in my college and Sabareesh and Vinay Menon were invited as guests there. His efforts shows off in this show as he is truly transforming into a better version of himself and has a unique style and sublety which is evident in the performance. Like you cannot actually guess what the next connecting joke would be. There were a few downsides and cringe comedies (considering my personal interests). But other than that, it was an entertaining event. Way to go Sabari! 👏🏼

eh.. about standup comedy being new in kerala... Kunjan Nambiar is the first ever stand up comedian who used to entertain using sattires. Every art form evolves over many years. Standup is not new for malayalis. Jayaraj warrier is also a good artist but in caricature style.

Hey man, we all know standup is not new in India or Kerala. It's been around decades. This is the first StandUp Comedy 'special' in Malayalam. It's a 1 hour solo standup show that comes from the conventional standup scene followed in the British and the US, which we're trying to popularise in Kerala with open mics and shows. Building a scene like in Mumbai and Bangalore. Lend support.
