Shane Mosley moved up to 147 and beat Oscar twice when everyone said he was to small for Oscar and would lose . Later on the story broke that Mosley was on steroids for both fights but everyone just remembers that he beat Oscar and not that he was on steroids.

I would like to see the results of the hair follicle test. If its true that he's negative for ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE then Ryan has literally trolled about all the drink and drugs he claimed he took. A hair follicle test would be positive for cocaine up to 12 months after he used it. The test is the most comprehensive for a deep dive into the lifestyle we live. I bring this up because it wouldn't even matter if he had osterine if he also had cocaine in his hair examination. If he's not even tested positive for Coke then I'm actually not buying he was trying to cheat. Sean OMalley had this problem with Osterine and he had his career delayed for over 2 years. I read something about it actually being connected to smoking week which Omalley is known for so I'm kinda confused about this. Once again its AFTER A FIGHT WHERE A UNDERDOG WINS. ITS SUS
