When Trump went to the ASEAN meet last March in the Philippines, Duterte told Trump somebody has to talk to Kim il jong to relieve the nuclear weapon tension. Duterte implying that Trump was the person who should reach the dialog. This was recorded and a fact. You can search the event record during his visit and this was recorded. Trump knows and he can't deny it. Trump should have invited Duterte in the peace process just for courtesy.
