That last match was simply great. The way it was won simply by the Warlock thinking the trap was freezing. If he had not operated under exactly that assumption I imagine the game would have gone at least a somewhat different way. He might still have lost but it would have required a bit more effort.

I think the synergy thing could be fixed by letting you re-draft the first two "synergy" cards in case you didn't get the synergy you wanted, would allow people to choose more daring synergy cards instead of always going for the individually best card every time

The better fix would be to put a bias on the weighting of cards with the appropriate synergy. If they're not willing to do that, they either need to put the synergy cards at the end, after you've already got the cards to support it, or add more rolls of synergy cards (i.e. four or five guaranteed synergy cards not just two, to justify taking more further along the line).

Yes, because elemental warrior, egg rogue and murloc priest are all decent decks that were sometimes drafted. I can't tell, tbh, if you're making a pro synergy pick argument or not, but I have one thing to say and that is: Write words & phrases in the google machine so it can spell and grammar check them for you.

I like getting the option for Bright Eyed Scouts (1 or 2, maybe 3 if the situation is good for it) when : 1) It's very early and I think I might be getting a lot of 6+ cost minions as options 2) Late in the draw, when I have a lot of late game piled up.

Doesn't matter, if you're playing Scout in an aggro deck you have early board presence anyway, the scout is very good in the sense that it prevents you from running out of steam too quickly... If you land the 5 mana on a 2-drop it isn't too bad because you keep up the pressure no matter what and it makes it hard for your opponent to do anything, even if your play for that round was comparably weak.
