Love the TDR and the discussions and commentary. Wish we had something similar here in Australia to dissect our politics in this way. We are far from perfect but our politicians aren’t nearly as nuts as some of the politicians you guys in the US have so the format might not translate as well. In the meantime I will continue to enjoy TDR and get my dose of some semblance of sanity in what is going to be an interesting time in the US from January 20th.

I think it's a market size thing. For every Australian there's like 13 Americans. Also US politics has more interest from the rest of the world than Aussies. You might be able to fluke some neiche interest that makes us viral, but that's hard to make happen deliberately. And finally the US is a tipping culture where goods and services are relatively cheap, but that extra pocket money goes into tipping people who do stuff for you. Australians have less discretionary spending because a larger percent of our income is going to goods and services. Basically, there probably isn't enough money in it to keep TYE(urekans) sustainable. You'd need a grant or some sort of Trust endowment
