No one has a right to an audience with the president. 7. The president, like all citizens, has the freedom to associate with whomever he wants. 8. Although reporters have freedom of speech, they do not have a right to a conversation with the president. 9. The president has no obligation to create, maintain, or publish a schedule. 10. That technology would either be ineffective against this "caravan" (mob in my opinion, but that is not important) or it would hurt a portion of the innocent people tricked into joining it.
