I stayed at Trump Towers on a business trip. The problem with these "rich hotels" is that they have jack shit in them for actual normal people. Your portions are small, theres no activities to do, and the only thing inside of them is the view.

I love this property. Big suites, with for great value, fully equipped kitchens, great strip views, and the biggest bathrooms in Las Vegas. The lobby bar is excellent and has upscale bar food. No casino is a big plus for me, and it’s a 5 minute walk to The Wynn and The Encore for casino action and more restaurant choices. 9/10

No, it's because it was built on cheap land by an industrial road about a half mile from The Strip. It's more desirable to be on The Strip and that's why land prices are so high along Las Vegas Boulevard. People are willing to pay more to be in the centre of the action. Unfortunately, there are grifters who advertise their property as being on The Strip when it is not yet charge high room rates to svckers.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Vegas, it’s clean and quiet. Valet is free and the rooms are perfect. I got a great deal through Hilton’s reward program promotion if you wanna try it out. At the time 4 days/3 night for under 500 in a corner suite, the room was bigger then the space I rent and the bathroom alone was the size of my room. Only bad thing I’d have to say is no casino and definitely avoid the first floor over the smoking deck, if they haven’t changed it be cautious using the bath or any adult activities at night in the bathroom unless you wanna put on a show. Found out the hard way lol

I believe the Trump hotel is the tallest hotel on the strip and the placement at the very end of the strip gives great views down the whole thing. The NO SMOKING is great for families or people that don't like all the smoke. Last time I stayed there it was about 300 for a double.
