Rubio will still be Senator when the newly elected senators get sworn in on Jan. 3, 2025. Rubio not going to quit his senate job until he officially gets confirmed by US Senate. But that won’t happen until after Trump gets sworn in. And that’s when Trump can legally nominate. Right now it’s only an “intent” to nominate. If Trump don’t get sworn in on Jan 20 as President, then Rubio will no longer be a nominee from Trump. And Rubio therefore will remain as Senator unless the newly sworn in president nominates him.

I just can't see him there in the WH. I knew it was a false win (do they have no dignity... hmmm probably not lol) from the very night of the results, & felt first that something was wrong, then I felt a sense of calm which has never left me. Spirit has told me he won't get in there, or it will be very short lived. I also have felt, & been told, that the inauguration will be delayed til March/April.
