It does scream P&D Security Fraud, doesn't it. I am sure the argument is going to be 'Trump couldn't sell his stocks, this it wasn't a P&D scam.' It might be enough of a shield, short term, but there is a lot of questions. Such as 'how many people around Trump Dumped after this Pump?' and 'Would his Board really investigate if he Dumped his stocks against contract?' If I was part of the federal government, I would be investigating these possibilities. At the very least, the timing of the 'bad news release' screams insider trading.

If people vote against the abortion ban in Florida, I can see the state gov. finding a way to argue that the ballot was somehow illegal, and that they can't approve of the results because of this, so the ban will still be in effect.

There’s a little more to it. There was a shell company that already existed and was listed publicly (DWAC - Digital world acquisition company) that merged with Trumps media company, resulting in the name and ticker change. The merger/acquisition was initially going to happen in 2021, but the SEC halted it. They were cleared by the SEC some time in the last few months and the merger was allowed to continue. It was investigated and cleared, now it’s up to shareholders to determine the real value .
