He's at the Northlight Development which has luxury apartments, LeisureBox, FundaLand, clubs run by Burnley FC, climbing wall, holiday clubs, home ed groups, arts... For the public... The Mosque is a ten minute walk away but he makes it look closer or like it's "part of" this development somehow with his camera work.... Black Sheep Coffee didn't put the renovation plans in til July 24 with plans to be opening by the end of the year and they were hiring staff in January 25, so work didn't "halt" at all!!

The mosque you saw in Pendle Charlie is absolutely enormous. It caters to a huge population of Muslìms. Infact, the fate of that town seems sealed, because roaming the streets with Google street car I didn't see one white person.
