California is almost completely energy efficient with solar, wind, nuclear, and hydro, plus the just discovered a huge lithium area in California, and look at what all the Blue states are doing. Look at what South Korea did with their roads they invented a system where water sucks into the roads like sponges, holds the water, then releases it into areas to grow trees, plants, etc, it keeps flooding from occurring and it is brilliant. Or the salt water diffusion??I don't know exactly what its called but it can take the salt out of sea water, with hardly any cost or harm to the environment and sized down to where they think people will be able to have them in the homes.
