TLDR: Wandering is a common symptom of any form of Dementia or Alzheimer's and it can be very dangerous to the person affected. LONG VERSION....I have Early Onset Alzheimer's (4th generation). I took care of my mother and grandmother and now my sister is taking care of me. It's not a form of dementia, it's part of it and it's basically just called "Wandering". I've studied and am published in quite a few journals and websites concerning Alzheimer's. Trump shows QUITE a few symptoms of right around stage 3... His word substitution and difficulty pronouncing words is a big sign. His inability to converse about multiple topics (IE notice how much he repeats himself in every way possible. in t his video, perfect example, how a month ago he was saying "Flu Flu Flu Flu Flu Flu") That repetition mixed with the inability to switch topics is another huge sign. His overall general confusion (let's call them Trumpisms). such as having problems with the umbrella and just dropping it, or forgetting what he said the day before, or backtracking during the same speech, or in this video, not having spatial awareness of where he was standing (or where he SHOULD be standing, and ignoring anything other people say are all symptoms as well.
