Not just blindly memorize dates and facts but seeing the connection between each mayor event and what it means for the following decades. But as I see education is the last thing politicians want to support with resources. Not just in the US, here in Canada and many parts of the EU too. As I was reading through the Canadian parties’ programs before our federal election it was sad to see how little emphasis each party put on better education. This should be as big issue as healthcare because the better we make our education (from early childhood) the better citizens and overall society we get.
