Judge Chutkan will be outraged by the actions of the SCOTUS. She will move as quickly as possible. I think that if it can be done the hearings should be televised. What is most important is that the blinders get ripped off MAGA Republicans. Republicans, Independents and the undecided could get galvanized to get out and vote against the Trump for president. My level of anxiety is way up thanks to SCOTUS and Trump. Donald Trump is ruining my retirement years!

Good questions about evidence and the immunity hearing. All the evidence should get in. The defense should be made to prove the act was official. It will be hard to argue acts were official if you don't admit to the acts. Briefs will be a lot of "if he" xyz. But it's a fine line. I hope it backfires.

David, I feel exactly like you do. After the Biden 'debacle' (as you aptly named it) debate (p.s. WTH was going on with him that night anyway? Why didn't someone say, "Mr. President, you are not feeling up to snuff, let's just reschedule, this debate is highly crucial!" - I also think we deserve an explanation of what was wrong with him aside from 'a cold', was that some kind of nighttime sinus pill or WTH? Then the next day, he was like 98% better at that rally in NC?? It was like two different guys. I was horrified by his debate performance and have been reeling since. Not to mention how insanely irresponsible CNN was by not fact checking Trump. THEN the EXTREME Court of the United States of Brown Shirts came out with this ruling...just like you said, I felt it wasn't going to be what it should be? But honestly did not think they would go full on, "Yeah Trump is the new Emperor, deal with it..." I hate to ask, "What's next?"

T-Rump will eventually be held accountable. So will thousands of others who break the laws or change laws to benefit him. Power changes hands all the time. We just all need to vote for President Biden because he will not break the laws and harm US for his own pleasure. The Right is Wrong.
