You do know that aid for Ukraine goes straight to US military suppliers. Only the end product gets shipped to Ukraine. If aid has gone missing the investigation should start with the US suppliers.

The money flow is from Ukraine to the US, not from the US… Ukraine is paying for its military aid, it may be a small percentage as its a loan but there is money flowing… so any missing money is in the US!
