Our PM, Sir Keir Starmer is doing something similar, because both understand that our countries will have to work with America no matter who is in the White House, and we have to prepare for every scenario. When we were trying to end the Yugoslav wars nearly 30 years ago, we had to deal with people like Milosevic, Mladic and Karadzic.
