Like that you posted and discussed the challenges facing the economy, housing and mortgage markets. And you covered analyst-stated three issues namely Trump’s tariffs, hopefully no recession, and tax cuts and fiscal cliff, that could be problematic. There are many people who understand global finance. One would think Treasury Secretary appointments would always come from that knowledgeable group. Kind of amazing to me that everything is rallying simply because someone competent was announced. But that doesn’t mean those challenges, as commentator stated, will be easy to negotiate. Still think Bessent will be gone way too early
