Trump signs first official documents as U.S. president

President Donald Trump signs his first documents as the 45th president of United States.
The items included a waiver bill that allows retired Gen. James Mattis to serve as secretary of defense despite not being out of the military for the seven years Mattis waiver bill into law, formal nominations to Senate and a proclamation for a national day of patriotism.
