I'm so sorry about the reupload. There's a lot of issues with the original upload. Only 18+ viewers can watch it and it got demonetized. I kept the original upload on the channel still because I'm still fighting with KZbin to make the original upload have no restrictions and I do not want to delete the original video since the comments are funny and how proud I am of that video. So in this version, the intro has been changed since I'm sure that's where KZbin had a problem with the video and there's an extra scene after Obama uses Mind Crush on the Bidenator! One of the scenes is from US Presidents Play Dragon Ball Legends. I'm adding an important scene from that here since a lot of people have not seen that. Also teenagers who are not 18 can also watch this video! (let's hope there's no issues this time) Again, I am sorry, but blame KZbin for this. I'm happy to cut out some stuff from the original video in editor, but they're not even giving me a chance. Anyway I am working on part 2 of Donald's Revenge!

Late response but it's mainly because Predaplant Verte Anaconda is legal simultaneously. Verte allows you to copy the effects of Red-eyes fusion without the associating penalties, which is hilariously busted for a card like Dragoon. If Verte was banned there would be zero issues with allowing Dragoon back in, especially since most decks run a Kaiju or similar to deal with towers anyways. As for why Verte is still only limited and not forbidden? Beats me.

@@Yusis-o7d The new ban list for Master Duel just came out and Dragoon is coming out unlimited along with Master Peace. Predaplant Verte Anaconda remains limited to 1 which means it's going to be the exact same scenario as Phoenix Enforcer. Seems Dark Dragoon being unbanned has nothing to do with whether or not Anaconda is banned. As for why Dark Dragoon wasn't released sooner ideally, with Phoenix Enforcer? I have not played in a long time but it used to be do able. You could make a deck based on flipping morphing jar over and over for example. However that was easy to disrupt.

@@Clouded-Logic Can't do it like that anymore it's even more fragile today. You can still deck someone out like this but the maxx:c challenge is pretty hard. If I keep special summoning after having maxx:c dropped on me it's because I'm trying to win with overwhelming force before I deck out.

Sadly, we live in the timeline that made Runicks so it's not hard. If you don't know, Runick is an archetype that uses quick play spells from the hand *on the opponents turn* and mills the opponents deck but banishes. I judge people's character if they use Runick I'm not joking at all. But from maxx:c deck outs? We call that the Maxx:C challenge and it's not incredibly hard but not at all easy. I've never won from deck out after a maxx:c is dropped on me only steamrolling them. It'd be incredible to witness it, but not unbelievable.
