I have a trumpet that need a small dent taken out of 5 inches behind the bell and the tube that leads to 1st valve is bent with dent, and the braces will need soldering as well

Tell me please! What should I do if the socket is cracked? The socket has gone apart( I don't know what to do........

Best option is take it to a local repair tech and have them fix that. It's probably going to need a new casing. In a few instances they can solder or patch the crack. But it's not something you would want to try on your own.

Is there a way to fix it you do not have value tools

Not if the casing or valve is dented. However sometimes the tuning slides get bumped out of alignment (especially the 2nd valve tuning slide) and can be realigned by hand. But in this situation proper tooling is essential in repairing the damage.

I machined this one myself but the technical term is "valve casing mandrel" really its just steel stock that's turned down to fit with a tight tolerance in the casing.

Ferree's offers a ton of tool options. This valve casing in the video i machined out of some steel stock. If you make one just measure the inside diameter of the casing and turn down a piece of steel until your're about 0.05mm smaller than the casing. 0.1mm might be the end size but it's always best to take away less material. Ya can't add it back once it's gone.
