Lullaby from "The Rake's Progress" - trumpet and flute duet

Thank you! I hope you will encourage recorder players to tackle this (which is in the stratosphere of what the soprano and alto recorders, in Stravinsky's arrangement) can play without sounding strained. The flute and trumpet also have a simple overtone pattern, and work very well here. I'm sure Stravinsky would have approved.

I’m certainly no expert in recorder technique, but looking at that recorder score, it seems about as far from idiomatic as i could imagine! Thanks for listening.
