The optical set-up and positioning aid found on the machines in TruBend Series 5000 make for accelerated preparations and greater productivity. The operator need not read the tool's position need from the set-up plan and then seek the corresponding position on the machine. LEDs - integrated into the cover for the upper tool clamping device - show where the tools are to be installed. They also support the operator when bending at multiple points along the machine, indicating where the parts are to be processed next.
